The Warm Modern Venice Beach House by Lewin Wertheimer Architect
Venice Beach is the perfect location for a vacation and villa. Lewin Wertheimer Architect, created the modern yet beautiful 3100 square foot residence in Venice beach, California. The location is just several blocks away from the Marina del Rey and Abbot Kiney Blvd. The house has an open downstairs with two garages, 3 upstairs bedrooms, 3 ½ bathrooms, guest house or studio and some others. Completed with 5000 square foot lot, the house is having so much larger lots when compared to other Venice house that allows the house to be completed with outdoor and indoor amenities like garden, porch, patio and many others.
The design of the house is inspired by the architect Rudolph Schindler’s design, Mediterranean, California and the modern Japanese architecture. The house is having L-shape that gives accent to the depth of the house and make the house looks so much more spacious. It is completed wit 8ft x 11ft and glass sliding doors that allow the exterior and interior to bend perfectly.
The materials that are used in the house are minimal yet elegant. The contemporary house is completed with Mahogany wood doors, windows, cabinets, siding and flooring. The wooden material is able to give a warm touch to the modern house. The environment-friendly house is completed with solar panels and radiant floor system.
