Glass house always get full attention for people, with implicit and literally meaning. The first attention will come from people who want to know the reason behind home architecture that used glass as the wall of the house. The second attention come from people who want to know what is going on inside the house which is definitely be able to be seen from the outside.

Above is a glass house design built by architect Philip Johnson in 1949. The house that built on forty seven acre property in Connecticut is really only have glasses as the floor. The glass also have another function as window with tall 10.5 ft and wide 18 ft. It have square shape and there is no the other wall as room divider inside the house. You can find some rooms such as living room, bedroom, and fireplace in one level area inside the house.

No need to enter the property because every room is seen from outside. So, how about the bathroom? Everyone needs private bathroom. Thankfully the bathroom is inside the brick cylinder which has two functions as fireplace in one side and bathroom on the other side. The furniture and home decoration looks so modern. The glass house has been regarded as the premiere pieces of American architecture.
