These luxury features seem adapted to the environment around, considering Las Rozas is one of the richest cities in Madrid. Further detail, on the ground floor there are living room, lounge room and dining room on the right side of the house, while on the left side of the house there are a bathroom, cleaning room, courtyard, kitchen, office, a larder and a cleaning room.
