Stunning Block Volume Building Casa Playa Los Lomas I-05 in Peru
This stunning house is situated in Cerro Azul, south of Lima. As we can see the plot under the house is a big rock. The rocky plot and sandy hill in a half curved shape that reaches 48 meters high above the sea. The view is so beautiful. This house was designed by Vértice Arquitectos.
From the house, we can see beautiful Pacific Ocean to the south and the other gorgeous panoramic view is the beach to the east and the north. But the most sophisticated thing that would make people stop by and admire the house is the building design. Casa Playa Las Lomas I-05 in Peru contains of two parallel buildings. The first building is located in the left of the entrance of the house. This building is where inhabitants of the house sleep.
The second building is on the right side where the owner of the house entertains the guests and it’s more like social space. Each of them leans on the other, which is 1.20 meter higher in order to get the view of the sea. The volumes of the buildings are joined by a main circulation axis. The end of the building is a stunning swimming pool overlooking the beach.
