This modern luxury house was designed by A-cero Architects and located in Las Rozas, Madrid. The architect designed this modern house with a combination of art and modern architectural styles. The house consists of three main buildings; basement, ground floor and first floor, the main features of the house with a surface building area of 762.47 m2 is 2 swimming pools and 2 jacuzzi. These luxury features seem adapted to the environment around, considering Las Rozas is one of the richest cities in Madrid. Further detail, on the ground floor there are living room, lounge room and dining room on the right side of the house, while on the left side of the house there are a bathroom, cleaning room, courtyard, kitchen, office, a larder and a cleaning room. On the first floor there are two children bedroom, bedroom and living room, guest bedroom complete with bathroom, master bedroom complete with 2 dressing rooms and bathrooms, a study that communicates with a footbridge – library and two small courtyards. In the basement there are facility quarters, storage room, quarter of implements for the garden and bicycles, interior swimming pool, gymnasium, sauna, massages room, cinema room and cellar. Overall, this residence offers elegant simplicity style but full of features and modernity.
