Fusion Modern Black and White Lucerne House in New Zealand
I always like modern sophisticated house. Modern and sophisticated house like Lucerne House looks stunning with combination of black and white color. Usually modern house will look so cold and not comfortable, but this house shows high taste of the home owner by proper placement of white and black color. Lucerne House is located in Auckland, New Zealand.
The architect was Daniel Marshall Architects. The house architecture is a mix of classic and contemporary. If usually contemporary house only have white color for the building, this house have black and white colors. A bondless swimming pool built as the exterior view for the inhabitant. You can also find art like a big statue of modern woman’s head beside the swimming pool.
Because of the home owner loves classic cars, the architect built him a wide parking area. A touch of home owner’s personality is added to the garage. For the interior of the house, elegant and contemporary furniture was selected to meet fusion look of home interior. One surprise you will find in the living room is big size chandelier which is made from big glossy glass hang from the ceiling. This artistic object of design becomes an interesting object of view in the house.
