The apartment can be found in a residential area in Sao Paulo. Brazil, the basic structure of this apartment is well-designed already, so there isn’t any heavy construction change made. The apartment belongs to a small family with young children, so we can find warm family touch even though the whole concept of the apartment is modern. The walnut carpentry on the wall is an excellent base to create contemporary, yet warm atmosphere. The wall is actually made to hide the doors that connect to the bedroom’s hall, home office and lavatory.

Maurício Karam successfully designing a Apartment Leopoldo in Sao Paulo, an apartment with a 45 square-meter area with a charming interior, modern, spacious look and away from the minimalist design. Designer eliminate some of the barriers to get a view without restriction between one room to another room while maintaining privacy restrictions. The decorating idea of this apartment is about how to get the bright colors in a small space but do not overdo to avoid a narrow sense to the room. The bright colors are not limited to the wall paint, but the designers want more on furniture and accessories. Shown in the picture above, the designers managed to combine bright colors as seen on the walls, sofa, cabinets and other accessories. While to neutralize the color, in this case is to give the roomy impression between the bright colors, smart choice fell on the white color that was applied on the wall, floor and roof assisted by neutral lighting in some places. Gemelli Design reminds us that bathroom does not have to look as conventional as we used to see. With the conventional concept we usually find, we almost forget that there isn’t any limitation for bathroom design. The creative Bulgarian twin Branimira Ivanova and Desislava Ivanova made two interesting and habit-breaking bathroom concept.
Their first concept is entitled as An Oasis in a sandstorm. The concept of the deco is actually the same, but they come in a completely different color. The color is able to separate two rooms visually. The bedroom is using white-purple color, while the bathroom is using white-yellow color. The bedroom is separated by glass wall and fireplace. Of course, it is a completely different concept from the usual design.
