Frontyard Swimming Pool at Singapore House by ONG&ONG

This certainly is not the first time we saw the house design in Singapore, a tropical feel, green plants and green grass landscape always welcome any we saw. It is beautiful. And here we find another house with the same type as we described previously, this is a house designed by ONG&ONG in Singapore. This house has a swimming pool right in front of the house, tropical landscaping plant with two floors and the functional upper floors.

The house with a modern concept was built to celebrate the 10 year anniversary a design firm Agraz Arquitectos in Brazil. Seen from the outside, this house looks magnificent and sturdy with a combination of concrete, white wall color, wood and glass. While in the interior, the architects applying the concept of warm and minimalist, although the floors are selected using the touch of beautiful marble, but wood elements as if present to warm up any room. Furthermore, the glass wall at several points also added which is allowing the occupants to get warm outside views. This house is named House X.

Located in Sao Paulo, Brazil, this house was designed by Isay Weinfeld. This house is designed for a graphic designer. The concept is a house with sufficient area for homeowners do the hobby activities and daily routine activities, such as ballet and swimming. The architect build the house with three floors, this basically two floors, the other one is the underground floor. Placed in the underground floor is caretaker’s quarters and the atelier. While the middle floor placed dining room, kitchen, sitting room and a large lawn. And on the top floor there is a guest bedroom and homeowners bedroom. Ballet area and swimming pool facilities were also placed on that floor. Further more, we think this is the main room, the living room, where the architect put long étagère. It is designed wide enough and long enough for the homeowner to display their works or books or artistic merit ornate decoration, the room is also designed with a wall made of glass material, which is of course intended to get the beautiful scenery surrounding. This house is named the Sumaré House.

The Elegant Swedish Black Wooden Home

This house is located in Sweden, has beautiful natural scenery, black wooden exterior designs and actually the exterior design is very simple since the whole exterior is only made to be square with large windows on all home sides. This home has a green lawn on front yard that looks like a wide carpet in front of the home. There’s also a balcony on the second floor allowing the residents to enjoy the fresh air and beauty of the surrounding areas.

This is the concept house by STARH Stanislavov Architect called the Edge House. This house design is simply unique and extraordinary in many ways. Most obviously it can be seen from the exterior part of the home which is made asymmetrically. It seems that there’s no home designed the same way. Of course it requires careful and highly accurate construction calculation so that this home can stand tall. The exterior wall of this home is dominated by the glass walls. This home is actually has two floors but we can’t see it from outside. On the right side of the home there’s pathway on the lawn that leads to the parking area for the car. Anyone would certainly be astonished by the way this home stands tall on the ground since on the front part of this home seems to be floating.
